I had a horrible experience once....UPS damaged a 1971 bound headstock 370 I bought from someone. Their policy is to
pay the claim to the sender....and he kept my money, and the insurance money.

To Simplify: The first Midnight Blue was a deep dark non-metallic blue ...The next was
an "electric" metallic medium blue...and now as of just recently it is the same color blue with less of the metallic pearlescent look.

It was never this: http://archives.rickresource.com/oldattachments/50639 ...

I bought that particular guitar from a friend of
Mark Hudsons in Seattle, WA. I kept it for a while and eventually sold it to Mike Parks (like I've done with many of my Rics). I love to collect Rickebackers, but I usually have to sell
something to buy something else.

Any device on a guitar that changes the pitch of the strings is technically a Vibrato device. It's just that people have been incorrectly refering to it as a tremelo for so long that it has
become "acceptable" to call it a tremelo.

I called them one time and asked how a particular guitar played...their response..."all our guitars play well." Very helpful information.

Question? Does the "blend knob" on 60's Rics work the reverse from the modern "blend"? In other words, with the selector in the middle position, does turning the "blend"
couter clockwise add the neck pick-up?

I get mine from local music stores. They throw away their old cardboard shipping boxes the guitars come in. You can usually find one the right size.
