I used to run a Sans Amp straight into my Harkt System (which I ran flat) back in the 90s.
I'm moving to IEMs which I intend to run from the same Sans Amp - built to last.

Yes, often, especially experimenting with recording; good for 'double bass' or fretless effect as well as note muting. Yes, it had been rewired somewhere down the line.
Two points re-soldered correctly to stereo jack, other two to the treb volume.
