@collin Thanks for your reply! I can confirm that I had the 5th knob halfway between its endpoints. I also tried the reverse jack possibility, and they seem to have been installed correctly.

I got a 2007 360-6 used a few years back and only just tried the Rick-O-Sound output for the first time with two amps.

When in the neck position, I got a neck-type sound out of one of the amps.

When in the middle position, I got a middle-type sound coming out of both amps.
