There used to be a guy named Keith Loewy who owned a Purpleburst 350. Done at the factory for Joe Perry? Its been a long time ago. Pretty sure it had check binding.

I installed RIC HBs in a JG Carl Wilson 6 string years ago but it didn't sound good to my ears. I'm sure that Dane's wiring harness was the difference,

They may be stamped on the inside of the amp, usually in the wood frame itself. You can also see if there are numbers on the jackplate.

I have one of the first 450 12s (think JB's played it, too.. commented how flat the peg head is.) It was played a lot over the years. Has the seldom seen 64 12 tuners.
