I can confirm its 4005 heaven! Its in great condition (only "mod" is the strap button moved from the top horn to the rear - John must have done this after this bass's late 60's TV appearances...), sounds just like it sounded when it recorded "the seeker" with The Who (and how cool is that???!!!) and ...

...for me, that ex John Entwistle 4005 is the Rickenbacker that just keeps on giving!!!
