pickguard replaced and knob arrangement not correct for that year. knob arrangement looks wrong for any year rick i've ever seen ??? hmmmmm. '90's/ 2000's style neck pickup and neck pickup rout in pickguard looks hand cut.

felder played casino niagara here in buffalo, and the early commercials said hotel california written by don felder, but they had to change it to co-witten by don felder. take that for what it's worth. i personally do not know.

i used a mutron micro v, a smaller version of squire's mutron III to get that ahoow sound. still have it.

That would be especially difficult, requiring the body to be refinished. However, the existing treble pickup is in too good of a position to just eliminate. I'd keep it . I can't disagree with that statement. The tone from the pickup in that position is awesome. so...what was the feel and tone ??? ...

Is it just my eyes or I've just noticed the TRC looks like it's from a 12 string. I don't think it's a Laredo. I don't think 4004 horns were ever that fat. don't think the ric museum would have les pauls and teles. looks like a modified later '70's 4000 due to the headstock shape. and a rick 12 string trc.

the fretboard inlays are to sharp on the corners. should be more rounded. i have a '73 inlay and my '75 here and they are rounded. but then, who knows.
