I've actually thought about that!! It's going to cost the buyer $300 for shipping and insurance. So- I bet I can get a round trip flight for near $500, getting a trip to the UK for $175!! I'm seriously thinking about it. Can you gate check a guitar?

Hi Paul-
I was hoping you might help me. I might be selling my old Rick (67 365) to a buyer in the UK, and I live in the US. What precautions should I take in the shipping proceedure? I don't want the checking already present in the finish to get any worse. I know the cold of flight would not be ...

Is this a normal Rick-O-Sound box?

This Rick-o-sound box came with my 1967 365. Is it standard from that era? The one's I see look a little different :

Thanks- I was thinking about replacing those tuners with something a little more graceful/original anayway. Unfortunately- I just put new strings on her.

Hi Paul-
I was hoping you might be able to help me. My 67 365 has this strange black stuff around the replacement tuners, under the edge of one of the toasters, and under the edge of the jack plate. I've tried with just a little scratch-x to see if it comes off, but it's very tough.
