TC Hyper Gravity Comp Tone Print for Rick 12 String
Has anyone created a tone print for a TC Hyper Gravity to mimic a Jangle Box or specifically for an electric 12 string? Please share your settings if you have.

Re: Recommend An Amp For A Steel Player
Check out Quilter amps. They make some great sounding steel amps.

Re: McGuinns 12 string
Back in the late '90's when I was shopping for a RIC 12 string, I emailed Roger about the differences between 360's and 370's. He told me that he only used the bridge pickup and the other pickups were just for looks. I bought a 360-12. I have no idea what his email was then and haven't talked to him...

Re: Live thunderbyrd Rockpalast
That was awesome. I knew Rick Vito was a good blues player, but I didn't know about his bender chops. What kind of palm bender is on that Tele?

Re: String Slide Mystery
I've been using a custom SOB (Snake Oil Brand) 12 string set in gauges close to stock Rickenbacker strings. FWIW.

Re: String Slide Mystery
Mystery Solved!
The R Tailpiece broke. I've heard of the dreaded "Exploding R Tailpiece" but never thought it would happen to me. (I never had a problem with my '66 when I owned it in the '70's...)
Are exploding R tailpieces covered under warrenty, or do I need to buy another one?

Re: Why are Pyramid strings suddenly the worst?
I used Pyramids for a while, but found them to be lifeless and hard to intonate. I had SOB strings make me a custom 12 string set and my guitar came to life. They intonate perfectly as well. That's my experience. YMMV and all.

String Slide Mystery
I had my '97 360-12 with a 12-saddle bridge in storage for a few months. Today I got it out and the strings will not stay on the saddles. They slip as I try to tune it and won't stay put. I've never seen anything like this on any guitar. Any ideas about what went wrong and how to fix it?
