3000 gets an outing. I had this in store for a couple of years and more or less forgot it - turns out to be absolutely magic.

Going to be in Dallas & Austin over the next couple of weeks - anyone got recommendations for good vintage guitar shops, esp. for ricks? And any recommendations for gigs/venues to catch?

Just acquired a JG 2030. Gave it a spanking straight out of the box last night and even my wife (who isn't known for her interest in such things) said the tone was awesome. Can't believe this was an economy model. It sure isn't the prettiest but it's still hot.
