My six string is from 1980. Pretty rare to find and I'm very happy to have it. They do gain a sheen with age and using a polish to clean them. But a closer look shows the matte finish.

I couldn't, no shipping in for UK, so watched for 20 mins 'til it went.

Anyone lucky enough to spot this one in time to buy? Nice project.

They are correct, same as mine. Looks like they have been over tightened and have cracked the finish

You're missing White. Ash has a factory one, it's in the register.
