I've squinted and enlarged the photo, and I can't tell.

I can't tell if the inlays go entirely across the fretboard, or are post 73 partial inlays.

In any case, can you tell me - or guess - what year and model this is?

Have a plate made with whatever you want on it and screw it on until such time you want to refinish the guitar. Well, it's an interesting idea (thanks for that, Jeffrey), and I could do that.
