Cliff Burton was my main inspiration to get a Ric, in fact, he inspired me to first pick up the bass guitar a few years back, although after hearing Geddy playing his Ric on Passage to Bangkok in July '07, so I'd say it's about 50/50 between 'em both.

Thanks for the greeting everybody! I would personally rather get a head and cabinet over a combo amp, but either way getting a nice amp to get the full extent of sound out of my Ric is all that really matters to me right now. My budget is pretty much in between 400-600 dollars. I checked out that ...
