Re: Accent arm fixing
There should be a 1/2" wavy washer under the screw, my Accent is totally stock and that's all it has. With that you don't have to tighten the screw enough so that it turns with the arm. I occasionally clean and lube it with some silicone spray and it works fine. Hope this helps!

No, but I'll keep looking. I'm surprised there aren't more pictures from their first US concert out there.

The Beatles at Carnegie Hall, the show was oversold so extra seating was set up on the stage!

Re: Groovy Beatles pictures
From the rehearsals for the Sullivan show, minus George. Poor Neil, probably the only guy from Liverpool that didn't play guitar!

Re: Groovy Beatles pictures
The Beatles Gear book says that there are several pictures of George playing his Australian made Maton guitar. I have never seen any, so I did a quick search and found a couple. He looks pretty happy with it in one of them!

Re: Please convince me to buy a 620!
I've got an '02 620 with re-issue toasters and it's got a great tone (playing through a Twin anything has a great tone!), somewhere between a Jazzmaster & a Jag I'd say.

Re: Groovy Beatles pictures
When we think about how many recordings they made from '62-'70 it's wonder there were so many great songs at all. The number of LPs, singles & EPs was unparalleled by the standards back then, forget about nowadays when most artists put out a new album every few years. It's not surprising that ev...

Re: Neck Question
I have a '66 330/12 that's had pretty serious neck issues since I got it, at its worst the neck was pushing the center lamination on the top out. I ended up having a re-set/ refin done, unfortunately it actually ended up in even worse condition. The bridge is pretty well flat on the mounting plate. ...

Re: Country Gentleman or tennnesee rose ??
I've got a TR from about '05 and it plays & sounds great! Ideally I would have prefered a Dou Jet, but all I saw at the time were the Electromatics w/ humbuckers. I never really liked the Gent, it always sounded kind of "plinky" to me, especially on the BBC recordings. In most live cli...
