thats cool though the way you can just remove the mute assembly from the plate . The three screw holes look as if they will fit the existing holes . Unfortunently , You will have to wow out the other two screw holes . Bummer.

If you had read my post , you would clearly see the sentence "The hipshot is not perfect by any stretch " That means , No it isnt perfect. All im saying is that they do work .And compared to the seven screw bridge i have on one of my basses, they work better.At least for me. Hey man to each his own ...

Not True Dane . The hipshot can be made to fit shallow angles . I have proved that in a previous thread . rick bridges (no matter if their new or not ) cannot be compensated for extreme forward neck pitch.

Dan. Try the hipshot retro fit replacement bridge.retains the basic look and requires No extra holes, and many different and easy adjustment variations as well.
