If you’ve followed that schematic 100% there won’t be any sound as there is no ground wire from the electronics to the output jacks. But, using a pre-wired jack assembly I guess you have soldered the ground screen on one of the ends to the back of one of the pots.

Only use I get from the 4.7nF is when playing both PUs together, making them blend instead of fighting each other (what cassius987 has been talking about for years :D ). Tried to spot was is new this time – walnut wings obviously, new fret board (?) with jumbo frets, white nut, and the body got a bit more colour on it (?) for a darker and wider burst.
