4001c64 tail lift
This pretty 4001c64 has some significant taillift. Read that this model is known for that. Does the bridge differs from a v63 and cs because those have less. Any solution for this other than a new bridge? I used to clamp the black bridges with succes but this is of course different material. Thanks!...

Re: Passing it on
Thanks for sharing Paul and thanks for the nice book.
And let me buy one of your Rickenbackers in the past. Never forget you shipped it out before receiving the payment.

4001 '79 trussrods and frets
I might get this Autumnglo.
It's from '79.
What do you think about the truss rods and the frets?

Re: May be of interest to someone...?
I emailed them if they could accept 3k because of the altered electronics and added pickup. They probably won’t

Re: 1966 F HOLE 4005 Bass?
And all the 3261 examples in the register the fhole doesnt have binding. The one in your book at page 41 might have it.
The jetglo in the picture does. Maybe that isn’t original as well.

Re: Output Jack just needs some cleaning or?
I’ve had that(inadequate tang/spring tension) before on a 78. That was my first suspicion also

Re: Output Jack just needs some cleaning or?
Thanks guys.
Didn't have a proper pencil eraser so I used sandpaper with 800 grit.
Worked like magic.
Very happy!
Thanks!

Re: Output Jack just needs some cleaning or?
