Thanks. I’m currently wrestling with them on the warranty issue. They somehow “lost” my warranty registration card. So now I’m trying to get a copy of a receipt from a shop I bought the guitar from 4 years ago.

I've been struggling with the cruddy tuners on my 1993plus for a few years. Not only is it difficult to get them to stay in pitch, but they are corroding. Rickenbacker service says that I'll need to drill / dowel the guitar...which I'd rather not do for obvious reasons. I Have 2 ...
