Re: Noise and Intermittent Volume Issues

Thanks, Dan.. I had already checked everything you mentioned, except to make sure the plug was plugged into the standard jack. I have just verified that it is in the STANDARD.

Re: any love for a 381v69?

I have one, and it is absolutely marvelous. The weight doesn't bother me at all, its gorgeous, very playable and I'm keeping it.

Beautiful Guitar...
...do you think I could introduce my wife to your hubby, and maybe he could give her some encouragement on increasing my collection of Rics? I 'd love to have a Blue Burst, of probably just about any model, maybe a bass!

Richard,

I had asked the very same ? regarding the bridge cover before, either in this forum or the official RIC forum, and nearly everyone's advise was the same as here: leave the cover on. Since I have 3 other nonRic instruments that do not have covers, I thought I would try keeping it on. I'm ...

If'n y'all don't mind me saying,, its great to see some pics of you and can put names w/faces and Rics! But: some of ya got too many Rics and only 1 face.

I just got one face and one Ric. I'm gonna have to work on that. Well, I mean, work on getting more than one Ric, no more faces.

"Question --- never done this so am asking the question. Can you just plug two separate cables into the two plugs on a Ric, wired to two separate amps, for similar effects ?"

Rich, yes. It's fun!

Fender Jazzking Amp // What I use

Has anyone tried the fender jazzking amp? I hear that its squeeky clean and marvelously powerful.

Currently, I use 2 amps for my Ric (sometimes at the same time w/RICOSOUND): One is a Johnson JT50 (in the johnson 'clean' setting). I really like the sound that comes out of it w/one annoying ...

Gary,

Thanks for resizing the image for this board. I don't mind at all. How do they do that checkerboard anyway?
