Ted - I left my Ricky into a guitar shop & he said I needed them to be replaced. I know little or nothing about guitars - just how to play them badly! I bought this guitar of ebay a while back, (at a knock down price! - & for a reason...obviously) never really dug the sound I was ...

Pre 1985 truss rods needed!
hello all,
i've a 1974 4001 left handed rickenbacker bass. the truss rods need replacing but i'm having great difficulty as rickenbacker are only making truss rods for models made after '85.
can anybody point me in the direction of where i could find these?
