Having done some more poking around, I can now answer my own question: Jensen had stopped making speakers before my amp was made, so the speaker (which apparently dates to 1966) was certainly not OEM.

In an impulse purchase this afternoon I picked up a TR7 that popped up on craigslist. I noted when I got it home that it has a Jensen C10Q speaker in it. Does anyone know if that would have been stock in this amp? My TR25 had an Eminence speaker in it.
