Re: Wreckless Eric

Stiff Records also had a great teanage singer named Rachel Sweet. Gave Wanda Jackson a run for her money.

I used to have a 2x3 ft poster of that cover. I always like that marijuana comment on it. Used to say & there is a picture of four of them that were turned on. Wonder if that poster is in my storage unit.

It's Entwistle. It's Townshend. It's Daltrey.

After all these years people still can't spell their names.

If it's in Rolling Stone, it has to be true.

Re: AWESOME Who footage - 1965

There were some great shots of Pete's Ric & John was playing a Ric as well. It's a shame it was typical 60's photography that mostly were head shots & didn't show much of the guitar playing.

I agree. Paul & Ringo should not do it. It's been done with Elvis & James Burton actually played.

Yea to me 30 posts! I can look at the classified now.

Re: Ric Dealer that knows how to setup what they sell you

I've only dealt with Pick Of The Ricks at a guitar show. Seem like good people to deal with. I just had my new 4003 bass set up at Robbies Music in Wayne, NJ. George did a great job. Soon I will have him properly set up my 360/12.

I watched about 30 seconds of it before I turned it off. I just ate breakfast & do not want to lose it.

Poly finishes

Am I the only one that does not like the poly finish on new Rickenbacker's? I just got a new 4003 in Jetglo & was disappointed that it's poly instead of nitro. I would trade her in a heartbeat for the same bass with a nitro finish. Poly is plastic & chocks the sound. The wood can't breathe.
