For me I pick guitars based on what my influences use or have used in the past, so I'm interested in 330s because Weller, Marr and Cradock have or do play them.

330s look great in Blue Boy.

I know that a few people have commented on how great it is to see Paul using the 330 that he gave to Steve Cradock in the video for Wake Up The Nation. So I thought I'd post the video to Peacock Suit from1996 where Weller used the WHAAM! 330 and Cradock used the Weller's white 330:

I have to say I love this place you're all so helpful and friendly. Seeing them side-by-side it is easy to see why there is a preference for the smaller headstock.

Anyone got a comparison shot of a large and small headstock? Also why are small headstocks preferred?

Thanks Mark, do you know when they change back to smaller headstocks? I understand that the latest 330s have small headstocks (I could be wrong, it has been known ).
