Ha, that is bizarre! Those are sweet guitars you have there! How would you say they stack up? I play a mix of old school punk, reggae and Afropop, running through an AC15. My ET-290 is really easy to play, but I find it has a Tele-like sound that isn't always the sound I need.

Hi All, I'm looking at a 1991 Jetglow 610 and trying to figure out of the seller's price is right. It's got the odd scratch here and there, minor fretwear and one "wrong" knob. Neck seems straight and the electronics seem fine. Sounds like magic through my AC15, but I'm balking at spending the cash ...

Thanks all for the responses! I think I get the picture - I'm going to look for another 8 ohm 1x15. That's gotta be enough for most Austin clubs (that they'll let me play in, anyway!).

Here's a ? for you: My amp has two speaker jacks wired in parallel. If it's rated at 210 watts, does it put out 210 watts when one speaker cab and double that with two cabs or does the 210 watts get divided, with 1/2 going to each cab? Thanks!

Yep, tough choice. I probably paid a little more than I should've for the Peavey and cab, but I guess I'll gig it before making a final call. Thanks guys.

Chris, yep, I agree on the B100R. It was exactly what I wanted until I saw the higher wattage SWR and started thinking.....

I'm looking hard for a new amp and I wanted to see what you all thought: I've played the B100R and dig the sound, very natural and pretty loud. I read here about the SWR 2x10 with a whopping 280 Watts and I've got to wonder if that may be a better option in case larger venue gigs come my way... can ...
