Re: Rickenbacker 1993Plus Replacement Tuners
Hi, there. I apologize for not seeing this thread sooner. I’m pretty sure that my luthier used the original screws from the old set of tuners. Because my new tuners were sent to me as warranty replacements, I took off all of the old tuners myself and sent them in (without the screws and original fer...

Re: Selmer repro bowtie availability?
Not that I’m aware. I bought a set of Wes Cooksey’s Burns repro knobs and the bow tie bridge back in the day around 2001-2002. I’ve only seen the knobs reproduced but not the bridges. Good luck in your search!

Re: Worth the wait?
I ordered my MapleGlo 1993Plus at Sweetwater in October 2022. The price offered ($2699) was a lot less than either Wildwood and Fuller's. Got word on Monday that it was in, shipped yesterday, scheduled delivery tomorrow, Friday. My sales engineer last year predicted a November delivery, so it arriv...

Re: 362/12 Double neck- Wiring Diagrams?
Wow, cool guitar! The very first Rickenbacker I ever saw for sale, was exactly like this guitar. A double neck semi hollow 362/12 in the same color Azureglo, was hanging in Parker Music in Houston, TX circa 1981-82.

Re: Rickenbacker 1993Plus Replacement Tuners
Right on! Glad you got the tuners replaced on the 1993+. I had a couple of conversations in the past with JH that he probably didn’t appreciate me calling out the company on the authenticity of some of the details on my 325c58 shortly afterI received it in 2002. I opened it up and noticed that the ...

Re: Rickenbacker 1993Plus Replacement Tuners
Thanks,I wish you the best with your guitars. The new tuners are great and the guitar is a joy to play and stays in tune! It took a bit of effort but I did manage to get a new set for my RM 1993+. The ones on my 360/12c63 are OK save for the "small shaft" ones near the top of the headstoc...

Re: If I Could Change One Thing About My Rickenbacker ...
There is one big change that I already made to one of my Rickenbackers. It was the lousy tuners on the 1993+. Fortunately Rickenbacker replaced them under warranty but the guitar was nearly unplayable for almost a year. Worst experience I’ve had owning a brand Rickenbacker, but now it’s wonderful!

Re: NGD! Vintage 360/12 Fireglo (A Paul W restoration)
Wow, all toasters. I actually prefer the Ric 12-string with hi-gains, most of the time. But it depends on the application. Beautiful stable ! Thanks, Steve. I have 11 total Rickenbackers and all of them have toasters. I’m even buying a couple more toasters to have some spares in case I add one of t...

Re: If I Could Change One Thing About My Rickenbacker ...
Hmm, I understand your situation and only ever owned one 24 fret Rickenbacker a 330/12 twelve string to compare . I sold it off in favor of a 21 fret 360/12c63. Now I have to have 21 fret models. I do have a 21 fret 350v63 JG which I bought from another forum member here long ago and it is a great g...

...it has the early (pre-67) DASH indicator type of Kurz Kasch knobs (which changed to a dot sometime in 1967). Interesting information here.
