I had a 1961 model 365 and it had the roller bridge and accent vibrato.

I used to work at a music store and the guitars that were hanging on the wall always had the yellow marks from the surgical rubber from the hangers if they were there too long.

Check the string saddles in the nut. It is possible that the strings are not seating correctly.

Talk to Scott Jennings (route 66 guitars). He`ll tell you about Rickenbacker factory stockpiles.

When did Rickenbacker start using dual trussrods?

Anybody out there know any of these Japanese Rick collectors? Im looking for a 1961 Rick 365 that I used to own. Any help would be greatly appeciated.

Here is a close-up of the body. Mind you, that I still have the stove knobs. I put the 63" style knobs on myself which are still on this guitar to this day.

You are correct. The picture you posted is not the same guitar as mine. This guitar is on the front cover,the inside of the front cover and the inside of the rear cover. Also in the book is a b/w photo with text in Japanese.Here is a photo of the back of the entire guitar.

I believe that this guitar is now owned by Oyama Katsuyuki.I would like to get in touch with him and find out if he has it.Then I will go from there.
