Paul is playing the Hofner the whole time...except at about the 2:07 point...for a split second we get a camera angle from behind Paul where we see the back of the headstock of Paul's RM 1999 in his hand.

As far as I know his bass is not a RM1999 because this is the Uk distribution model but ...

oh, I didn't know about this "one-off" thing ^^ Does this mean they're custum or some kind of prototype? Anyway they look great! :D

The TI's seem nice but they are made about 80km from my place...
Yeah, but they are about 7210 kilometres to my place! :wink: And, I usually have to order them on-line, no store around here carries them. :evil: :( :mrgreen:
No store within 150km to me carries instrument ...

My 4003 and a string question

Hello everyone, I'm new here and for some time by now I own my first Rickenbacker. It's a 4003MG '11 and it's a wonderful bass! :D
The only thing is i would like to switch to flats but I don't want to change/cut the nut so has anybody suggestions for nice strings in factory-like gauge, lighter or ...
