I was happy to match some faces with the regular posters. The people I met were a great bunch. Genuinely friendly, helpful, and willing to share their great toys. Out of all the various clubs, forums and conferences I've taken part in, this forum has the best group of members I've encountered.

I use a Super Bass 100 for practice, nice warm tone. For small gigs I use a Marshall DBS 7200, 200w SS with a tube preamp, graphic EQ and compression, which I never use. Good tone, light, nice looking and very reliable. Cost half of what a cheap Super Bass would go for these days.

I have the Sunn branded version, the 300T. Sounds pretty much like an SVT with more controls. VERY loud, clean tubey goodness.
The second channel can add a lot of dirt. I think you will like it. Harmony Central has some pretty good reviews of the 300T.

New guy flashing his ID

Hi fellers.
I joined yesterday and I'm hoping to get to the Rick Fest in April. Here's a pic of my '77 4001.

Here's a pic ( I hope) of my '77 4001
I'll figure it out and post it over in the bass dept.

I just found out about Ric Fest II and joined the forum. I live nearby, planning on coming if you'll have me and my MG 4001.

Hi All
My first post here.
I live about 1/2 hr away from Ricfest 07. Hope to make it. I'll bring my '77 MG 4001 - maybe my buddy Craig from work will bring his '67 FG 4005.
