I’ve alway used a crayon. I have the same color crayon in my case forever, better than nothing. Rub it very hard and polish with a soft cloth.

I’ve had Tom Brantley Rewinds fix a PU for me as well as a custom tapped PU J set for me.
He lists Rickenbacker PU repairs on his website.
Highly recommended.

Fret slots were filled with an ebony veneer. Controls are Vol/blend. Front sticker has been changed and will get cleared in the next couple weeks.
