Re: NGD 1998 from 1964
Yes Collin, there is paint in the f hole. Andreas from Rockwall Guitars says that it was repainted, But He is not shure. Right, it is a very early example, But i am not quite sure If Every. Part of this guitar is original! But the Most important thing is, that it is a great sounding guitar! Greeting...

Re: NGD 1998 from 1964
Thanks Jason,
In the TRC cavity, there is evidence of refin, But i think just to cover a broken neck .
Otherwise the finish seems original. To have some color in the control cavity seems to be normal, does it?
Thanks
Peter

Could this be true? Is it normal with Rose Morris Rickenbackers? the former user says, it might have had a refin...

Re: NGD with a black beauty
Hello all, So by now i have added a new Bowtie Bridge to this guitar because of some evil buzzing of the thinnest strings. Re: Trying to source a Kluson tuner
Hi,
www.rockinger.com might have replicas. Göldo Company in Germany bought the rights on Kluson, because the original factory no longer exists!
i hope this helps.
