From my point of view I don't expect Rickenbacker to repair / replace my 4003 under warranty
But I would have expected them to WANT to get these substandard products out of the field
This is my 3rd RIC bass, the other 2 were faultless, so for me the Rickenbacker brand has gone downhill a little

I fully understand RIC's stance on the wording in their warranty, but at the end of the day they have produced a faulty product and that is my gripe with them. Surely it isn't OK to produce a faulty product in the first place, knowing that as soon as the warranty is voided they can wash their hands ...
