From my point of view I don't expect Rickenbacker to repair / replace my 4003 under warranty

But I would have expected them to WANT to get these substandard products out of the field

I fully understand RIC's stance on the wording in their warranty, but at the end of the day they have produced a faulty product and that is my gripe with them.
