Re: New Ric bass?

I do not miss my 4005WB for a moment. Aside from its' unbelievable good looks, I had felt like a triangle playing it...let's say stretching for that Ab on the G string and thumping near the bridge P/U...one's arms could almost be at 45 degrees! We're talkin' Thorkelson-ismz! This sho...

Re: Lennon's '58 325 pickguard & tuning keys to be auctioned

Re: Your first Rick tales

Mid Eighties: In High School near Atlantic City NJ, I was drawing pictures of Rickenbackers in my notebooks. Beatle roots obviously, but oddly never associated the 4001 w/ them, it was always the guitars. Hardcore punk was getting a bit of my attention and there was a group called the Youth Brigade ...

Re: Glenn Mercer Band at the Saint (Asbury Pk. NJ)

Hey Jeff hope your well ! The Feelies have a page and I think somehow things dribble over there. Speed the Plough has a site as well. That is the closest thing to a site I think. There is a good bit on youtube too. You certainly have a clue on how thrilled I was that Like Yesterday was brought into ...

Glenn Mercer Band (Feelies) and Real Estate in North Jersey

I will be strumming along with my JG 370 VP as usual with the Glenn Mercer Band. Firebird XII as well for twist. All through the Hiwatt 2x12. Would be great to see a couple of you forum-ites again! :D Psst, I can tell you there will be some Feelies songs in the set! 8) http://ridgewood.patch...
