Really interesting one that, Mitch. Do you know what pickups are in there now? Looks like they've been changed or at least the covers have been taken off.
I used to own a Gibson ES-347 from a similar period and it had the most brutal ceramic pickups in it.

Re: "When I Close My Eyes" (new demo with lots of 330)
Cheers, Rob! Much appreciated feedback and praise. I'll have to look up that MSP song as I don't know it. Not a big fan of them at all to be honest. I bought Mowtown Junk and on the basis of that first single I was convinced they were going to be just about the best thing ever. Then everything after...

Although adding 1000 to the price wouldn't make it so much of a bargain anymore!jps wrote:+1000beatlefreak wrote:Grab the 330 at what he's offering.

Re: My Band's New Video
Must be great to have a video funded and shot for the band. Call me old-fashioned but I would have liked to have seen the band every now and then. I think the song is great. The band's sound is really cracking! I'm off over to the myspace page right now ...

I swapped the Hi-Gains in my 330 for scatter-wound toasters. And then swapped them back again. Radical huh?!?

Re: The Jazz Funeral - "A Belly Full O' Gin" and "Sagebrush"
Here's the "flip side" to that one - not quite as fun as the A side, but perhaps something for the hangover: The Jazz Funeral - Sagebrush Crikey, even more gin? Guess someone likes gin. Like this one too. Nice use of the mandolin. I hear a bit of Lennon influence in the melody. I think th...

Re: The Jazz Funeral - "A Belly Full O' Gin" and "Sagebrush"
This is a bit overdue, as this song was "officially" released a couple of months back, but I realized I didn't post it here. So, here 'tis, my ode to my most favorite beverage. Have fun, and remember - listen in moderation: The Jazz Funeral - "A Belly Full O' Gin". I had to swit...

¡Igualmente, Miguel!

The first winter snow can be seen on the Teide this morning. Still 20°C and sunny down here nearer the sea
