Re: Eddie Vedder's Light show?
Paul's replica boards are fantastic, by the way. He does an LED version and also the original style incandescent (which are my preference),and has restored many original lightshow models including the mapleglo example at Retrofret, linked above. Best of luck with getting your 330, as you mention. M...

Wanted: acoustic guitar recommendations
My cheap starter acoustic guitar is ready for a replacement, so I am in the market for a new acoustic guitar. It needs to have a built-in pick up as I will likely be using it in our church's band on occasion, and it also has to sound good unamplified. I prefer dreadnaught shaped guitars. My budget i...

Re: Kenny Vaughn (Marty Stuart band) rocks a Rick
For what it is worth, several years ago when Marty had Roger McGuinn on his show they played a couple of tunes together. "My Back Pages" was really good. At that time, Kenny played a black Rickenbacker as the third guitarist and I just assumed he was going it as Roger was on. I only mentio...

Re: Anyone Hear From Paul Lately?
Hmm... you are correct that his site works now. It wasn't before, for me at least.
I am glad he is still active. Thanks.

Re: Anyone Hear From Paul Lately?
Anyone worked with Paul recently? His website doesn't seem to work anymore, and I personally haven't talked with him in I think 3-4 years. I hope he is okay.

It was listed as such in the first post of this thread. I am not saying it is true or not, but repeating this statement and asking if anyone knew of the artist.jps wrote:RIC does endorsement deals?scoobster28 wrote:Does anybody know which Artist this was given to as part of the endorsement deal? Re: RRF 20th Anniversary 2000-2020
I found it about 6 months after it was formed. I have no recollection of that time, even though I was young (in college). I think I had just first purchased my first Rickenbacker, a 360/12CW. Wish I still had it, but am glad I still have the forum!

Weezer's cover of "Africa"
Not a big Weezer fan, but they covered Toto's "Africa" for the 2019 "New Year's Rockin' Eve" celebration and the bassist used a Rickenbacker.
