Finally Ordered a 360

Post by knightrich »

Hello Everyone,

I had posted a while back asking for advice on purchasing a 330 vs a 360. I got a great deal on a new Mapleglo 360 and should get it this week. I’ll post pictures when I receive it. I’m sure I’ll have questions!

Does anyone know what gauge strings these ship with? Also, any brands in particular I need to use or is any brand ok? I typically use Ernie Ball.

RIC has a set of 10's that are standard - see their website. Other brands are fine as long as the tension isn't crazy different. Even then you can probably set it up for them with truss rod adjustments.

Ok great! I couldn’t find a definitive gauge number that they ship with right now.

I’m not actually sure! Definitely not oven knobs.

Yeah, not the oven knobs, but your picture makes them look like the black ones with the thin white pointer they used (early 60's?) before the current style with the silver disc. Could just be my eyes.

Richard, please let us know when it arrives safe and sound. :)
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
