Missed this thread first time around. Here's my '78 4001, still my favorite:

Dear Ric,

I forgot all about this thread.
Here is one I picked up last year, it's a '73 360/12 in the slightly brighter/redder shade of Burgundyglo than earlier ones. Last of the 60s features too, like 21 frets and crushed pearl inlays.

I had a 650 BG for a while which sold via Andy to another person. The colour was great, the neck for my small hands a bit too wide but played more than well enough. I put HB1s on my 360 even!

I can add this...481BGSF 1975
Re: The Burgundy Appreciation thread
I hope some OS 360s show up in this thread, my mind has been hung up on the thought of converting my 330-12 to a 360-12 someday and I haven’t decided if I want to stay with burgundy-glo or change it to fireglo.

Dark Burgundyglo has always been my favourite RIC finish. April 73.

Wow, what a difference in relation to Collin’s ‘73
Re: The Burgundy Appreciation thread
Indeed, and even different from your '72 (posted earlier in this thread).Wizz wrote:Wow, what a difference in relation to Collin’s ‘73
Burgundyglo was all over the place back then!
Re: The Burgundy Appreciation thread

Here’s the ‘72 330-12 I got off Collin last year. I’ve done a bridge, tail piece and knob swap to suit my preferences and logged A LOT of hours onto this guitar, my previous Ric 12 maybe got picked up once or twice a week for some play time, this one basically gets played on a daily basis, I love this thing, in fact I’m going to stop typing now and go play it.
