'Yesterday's Party Girl' - Rya

Post by albiesinger »

Hi, it's been a while since I posted on here. It's not that I haven't been producing the songs, but just that I kind of felt I was putting too much on here so I thought I'd leave it a while. Anyways, here's a recent one I'm quite happy with. Of course all the guitar parts are played on my one and only 330 (if anyone has a spare please don't hesitate to send it over!)
Started rehearsing this song with the band a few weeks back and we've just about got it right now.
I hope you enjoy it. As always, all feedback is welcome.
Thanks for listening.

Stuart please send more. This tune is nicely done. I especially like 1:25 to 1:50. It fits with my less is more philosophy these days. Nonetheless a solid effort. Thanks for sharing. :)
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Thanks for the feedback Peter. I've always believed less is more, and when writing for a 3-piece band there is no point recording a lot of overdubs that can't be performed live.
