Rickenbackers Over The Holidays

Post by admin »

Hello Rickenbacker photographers. How about a series of photos with a holiday theme? By the way, I hear Tom Petty has a release in which he is asking for a Rickenbacker for Christmas. Has anyone heard it? I wonder if John Hall has heard it?

Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

I heard that tune many years ago, it put a huge smile on my face when Petty goes through his Christmas wishlist...."I want a new Rickenbacker...". Sorry Peter, i can't for the life of me, recall the name of the song though!

Peter -- the Petty song you are thinking of is "Christmas All Over Again" from the "Playback" boxset.
