Hiya Smo, Welcome to this brilliant forum.
Postage has always been an issue, if you look on ebay AU, you will see international sales of ricks to Australia have quite reasonable prices at the moment. Some are well under US$200. Customs will hit you though, so be aware of that.
Pick of the Ricks are a good choice, Olivia's Vintage also look after you for a used guitar. Best of luck.

Thanks, I'll have to check them out.

I've imported basses before, but never one where you couldn't unbolt the neck.....
And now to see if anyone wants to buy/swap a Ric for a stingray. :mrgreen:
