Soundwave Revolution Axed.

Did any other Aussies on Rickresource hear about Soundwave being cut this year. Rumor was that Van Halen pulled out, and one of the other large bands, but I have a feeling that the ticket sales just didn't pull up to scratch for this one.

A lot of this years summer festivals are struggling to sell tickets. Just too much on and not enough drawcard bands to go around it seems.

There seems to be a bit of a shakeup happening in the festival scene at the moment. Only the strong will survive so I am hoping that leads to some nice acts coming out.
