Who is the guy in the show wearing the flat hat playing all the slide guitar?The guy is really good....

Don: I believe you are referring to Vishwa Mohan Bhatt. This guy gets rave reviews everytime he performs.

Ry Cooder's album with him ("Meeting by the River") is beautiful and worth the search. Two eclecticians, they make amazing music together.

I finally watched the whole concert last night, what a great experience! Peter, I believe Vishwa Mohan Bhatt played during the "Ravi's Orchestra" segment only; I think Don may be referring to Marc Mann. I can only cite two sources: a)matching names and faces, and b) this bit from a Google site:
