Nice...I was able to see them twice in concert. June 1981 in Ottawa (at the Technical High School, of all places) and during their final North American tour, in Montreal, around the summer of 1982.

Of course, both Weller and Foxton were sporting their Rickenbackers.
How much!?!

I saw them in Chicago on the '82 tour. Great show.

Weller did a solo tour a few years ago...LA saw very few fans, a I recall. A darned shame. Paul Weller is a creative giant.
“I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did.”
