Is this a MG 330 he is playing ?

What I don't understand is, it looks like his strap is connected to the bottom of the neck. That can't be - there would be no way to play it !!

I would say 330/12. Looks like a 12 string headstock, at least with all the chrome going on in that area!

That strap connection looks really strange...some Phunky Photoshoppin', perhaps...

Look at his shoulder- there's a spotlight above and maybe slightly behind him casting a shadow of the strap across the fingerboard. I can still see traces of fret in the shadows there.

I see what John is talking about. Look closely, you can see the strap sweeping behind the guitar, as opposed to looking like it is melting into it.
