My Behringer head has 5 tone knobs - Low, Low/mid, Mid, High/mid, and High. I decided to try an adaptation of your GEQ settings...

High/Mid - 6

Played the Laredo at rehearsal last night with that setting, and ~WOW~
Nice amount of bass, treble, cutting ability. Previously I had been running it close to flat, with the mids boosted a little bit. I thought that you might appreciate that a "traditionalist" could learn a new trick from a more "modern" bass player!
