Sadly, Karl Mueller passed away far too soon, he was the bassist from Soul Asylum. Next to the Replacements, they were one of my favorite Minneapolis bands...

Yeah, believe it or not before all of that "Black Gold" ****, Pirner & Co. wrote some good tunes. "...And The Horse They Rode In On" is an underrated record.

Mueller was a solid no-nonsense bass player.
