If I ordered a Shasta, I'd go with the E3 option, just because I'm not a fan of miking the admittedly "better" way....I hate soundschecks.

Well, UPS showed up at my door with my 360/12 VP Fireglo this afternoon! VERY nice finish (more charactered than my 360/6 VP Mapleglo, actually) and after tuning up, it plays like a dream.

The serial number indicates that this guitar was finished in late February, so it's just a baby! I think I probably placed my order right around the time it was completed at the factory.

Colour me very satisfiedImage

Corey,

Just out of curiosity, did the dealer have to move the bridge plate on your new 360? Does it intonate properly with the stock bridge placement?

Juston,

Everything is fine with my guitar. The intonation is pretty good as well. I'm still going to change to the 12 saddle bridge, I think, but nothing is askew as far as the plate et al go. I've been lucky that both my Rics came to me properly set up.
