Ok Tony. I think I have a couple left.

I thought just like Tony that it was an Autumnglo. It's a damn good looking MB if I ever saw one. It is without a doubt the best looking Rick I have ever seen, nothing else comes close for me.

Hey Andy welcome to the group!I also have just been playing guitar for a few months(not counting my first attempt 40 years ago).Since my interest in guitars was reawakened about a year ago when I found a used Crate amp at a thrift store for $50 and decided that I needed a guitar to go with it,I have bought and sold about 25 guitars.I had 4 strats,3 teles,4 SGs,1 Les Paul and a Epiphone Sheriton II to name a few.I also had 4 Ricks a 325C58JG,a 340VPFG,a 325v63 and a 330JG.Now I just have 2 Ricks the 325v63 and the 330.At first I liked the 325 better because it is small and light and sounds really good with overdrive but now I like the 330 better because it has a "big" sound and I think that it is easier to play now that I have gotten used to it.The 330 is really my main guitar now and I may actually sell my 325 because even though it is my "dream guitar"I really can't afford to keep it.Also as someone just trying to learn to play I find it difficult to go back and forth between the 2 guitars and would rather spend the time learning to play my 330.So anyway I just wanted to say that I think the the 330 is an excellent choice for your ist guitar. One other thing asked about the G-Dec.I had one and it seemed like a cool idea because you can jam with it ,but I don't think the amp sounds that good. You are better off getting a nice Vox amp.I have a Pathfinder 10 which costs about $70 new and I love it.
Exellent walk-through Mitch and another vote for the Model 330 it would seem.

Hey Mitch,
Thanks for the info. It looks like a 330 is it amd thanks for the additional info on the G-Deck. It did seem like a good idea.
I am playing a yamaha acoustic I got at Guitar Center for $200 and it seems to be really hard to play.
One question if you don't mind?
Why so many guitars?
Thanks again for the info.

Andy I think that you will find the Rick 330 easier to play than your Yamaha acoustic.I bought all those guitars because I wanted to try everything. After trying them all I like Ricks best. Now I have 3 guitars, the 2 Ricks and a MIM Fender Duo-Sonic RI.Thats my "beater".Anyway post a pic when you get your guitar.
