You have lyrics to the tune Dane or is it an instrumental? If the former, I'd like to read the words. I enjoy your tongue in cheek style on this forum and "Uncured Malady" has a lot of potential to address all kinds of subject matter.

Or, given your post (i.e. "funny you should use the word maladies"), is it a schtick kind of piece, you know like Weird Al or something?

I just have to say, you guys are a lot nicer than many of the people on some other sites. I frequent TalkBass, and people there sometimes seem bent on putting each other down, which really is a shame.

I don't consider myself naive, but I consider some of the people on this site friends.

Maybe because it's the first forum I have ever been a part of?......

...no, the reason is that some of you guys(&girls) seem to genuinely care.

So..........how bout them Bulls!?Image

Haven't been to talkbass...this Forum seems just right to me, so...how bout them Ricks!?

Bill, no lyrics...I might have to think about some in the future. As it is, it's an instrumental...part of a forty minute loop we're doing for a friend's art installation. Four 'songs' and assorted wierd transitions between them; it'll play repeatedly throughout his show, and he's selling the CD's along with the art...It's a sort of Circus Of Greed theme, so the music's all demented 'Big-Top'...another of the tunes is called "A Bicycle Built For Worms"...
I didn't get where I am today by being on time...
