Another urban myth. Comedians only wish it had it been true.

Can't get anything past you, can I, Brian?

Still, one of the funniest urban myths ever to circulate!
“I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did.”

Such a great story - too bad its a myth.

Who thinks up those crazy things?

God asked Noah to build an Ark and put two of every animal imaginable on it. So, he does. Before they start floating away, Noah brought up to God that the animals need food. God said he will take care of the food, and it wouldn't be a problem.

So, a couple of weeks pass, and Noah said to God, "All the animals are deficating all aver the bottom of my Ark. I need someone to clean this stinky mess up." God replies, "Why don't you clean it up, Noah?" Noah brought up the fact that it is his Ark, and he doesn't feel he has to. "Well, I fed the animals, didn't I? At least you can clean up the ****." God replied. Still, Noah refused. "Well, allright Noah. How well can you tread water?" Image

See the 1965 album:

"Bill Cosby is a Very Funny Fellow--Right".

The routine is called, I believe, "God and Noah". But my memory is typically curmudgeon-rusty.

BTW, Noah's response to this was:

"Riiiiggghhhttt".
