Weird Pensa Bass - Yikes!

Post by doctorwho »

I spotted this for sale - I couldn't believe the neck on this thing!

This is for real - I didn't do any mods to the picture in the ad.

It is an amateur Photoshop job; no cigars.

The fret markers are blurry on the neck extension, as are the strings. The rest of the neck is clearly in focus.

OK for an orangutan, I guess. Maybe it's a Pinocchio job..... the better (or worse) you play, the longer it gets!!

Wonder why he's playing the high frets..........

"Because you're drawn to it like a pin to a magnet, Melibee!!"

That funny bass or this Forum, Aitch?

I know why I've been staying up so late--it's because my hubby's away on business, so he's not here to tell me it's time to go to bed, LOL! That's why I've been here so much the last couple of days.... Gotta get some self-control so I can get a few projects done--but it's kind of fun to stay up all hours....

Does that one on the bottom come in MOP?

(I'll resist comments about "****** tone".)

LOL!

I've heard of necks like planks, but how can that guy even play that top one? Just how many strings does it have, anyway? It seems to me he would need some extra fingers....
