Adjustments needed/suggested for a new 360/12?

I have a 360/12 and I'm wondering if anyone out there thinks that these guitars need tweeking in anyway when they come new from the factory. Any opinons? Thanks!

Nigel: There are many individual differences in playing style and string selection and as such it would not be unusual for instruments to need adjustment. A professional setup from an experienced luthier familiar with Rickenbacker instruments is certainly worth the money and likely to increase your satisfaction overall.
